How do I return an item?

Refund/Return Policy: 
 
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a refund. Refunds will be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase. 
 
When returning items, please pack them securly in the original packaging-if possible. The original packing receipt should accompany your return.
 
To generate your return: E-mail us at amy@backyardobsession.com, and include the date of purchase, invoice number & item to be returned. Also let us know the reason for the return & leave a phone number in case we need to contact you.  We will generate a UPS return label & e-mail it to you within 48 hrs.
 
Once you have have gotten the label, print it out & affix it over the original shipping label on your package. Reseal the package for shipment and drop it off at any UPS store or UPS drop box location.  If you do not know the nearest location, visit www.ups.com and enter your address. 
 
A charge of $8.00 will be deducted from your total to process the return.
 
Damaged/incorrectly shipped items:
  
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact us via e-mail at amy@backyardobsession.com and let us know what was recieved incorrectly.
